By using Jero ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is run by the Jero team ("we").
1. What Jero is
Jero is a free app that shows jobs and services and helps you study Japanese. Jero is not a recruitment agency, employer or broker. We do not hire, place or interview anyone, we never charge job seekers, and we are not part of any agreement between you and an employer or service provider.
2. Jobs and services
Posts come from employers, service providers and other websites. The Jero team checks every request before it is published, but we cannot guarantee that a post is accurate, complete or still open, or what pay and conditions will really be.
- Check the details directly with the employer or provider before you apply, pay or share documents.
- Never pay money to get a job, and never hand over your passport or residence card to someone you do not trust.
- If something looks wrong, tap Report a problem on the post.
3. Links to other websites
Many jobs link to their original posting, and some features open other websites. Those websites are run by others; their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
4. Sending a post request
When you ask us to publish a job or service, you confirm that the information is true and that you are allowed to share it. We do not accept:
- false or misleading posts, or work that is illegal;
- jobs that ask workers to pay fees or deposits to get the job;
- discrimination, hate, harassment, violence, sexual content or scams;
- other people's personal information without their consent.
There is no tolerance for this kind of content. We may refuse, edit or remove any post at any time, without giving a reason.
Jobs stay published for 30 days. Services stay published for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). After that a post is hidden and deleted 7 days later unless it is renewed. To change or stop your post, open it and tap Report a problem → I'm the provider.
5. Reports
Anyone can report a post. We review reports as quickly as we can and remove posts that break these terms.
6. Japanese study content
JLPT lessons and practice tests in Jero are made independently. Jero is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, which run the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT); the name is used only to describe the level of the lessons. Study content is original or used under its licence (see Settings → About this content). We cannot guarantee exam results.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using posts, contacting employers or providers, or using other websites.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

အသုံးပြုမှု စည်းကမ်းများ

Jero ("အက်ပ်") ကို သုံးတာနဲ့ ဒီစည်းကမ်းတွေကို သဘောတူတယ်လို့ ယူဆပါတယ်။ အက်ပ်ကို Jero အဖွဲ့ ("ကျွန်တော်တို့") က လုပ်ဆောင်ပါတယ်။
၁။ Jero ဆိုတာ
Jero က အလုပ်နဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို ပြပေးပြီး ဂျပန်စာ လေ့လာဖို့ ကူညီတဲ့ အခမဲ့ အက်ပ်ပါ။ Jero က အလုပ်ရှာဖွေရေး အေဂျင်စီ၊ အလုပ်ရှင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ပွဲစား မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဘယ်သူ့ကိုမှ အလုပ်ခန့်တာ၊ နေရာချထားတာ၊ အင်တာဗျူးတာ မလုပ်ပါဘူး။ အလုပ်ရှာသူတွေဆီက ပိုက်ဆံ ဘယ်တော့မှ မယူပါဘူး။ သင်နဲ့ အလုပ်ရှင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူကြားက သဘောတူညီချက်တွေမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ မပါဝင်ပါဘူး။
၂။ အလုပ်နဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ
ကြော်ငြာတွေက အလုပ်ရှင်၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူနဲ့ တခြားဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်တွေကနေ လာပါတယ်။ Jero အဖွဲ့က တောင်းဆိုချက်တိုင်းကို မဖော်ပြခင် စစ်ပေမယ့် ကြော်ငြာတစ်ခု မှန်ကန်တယ်၊ ပြည့်စုံတယ်၊ အခုထိ ဖွင့်ထားသေးတယ်လို့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် လစာနဲ့ အခြေအနေတွေ တကယ် ဘယ်လိုဖြစ်မလဲ ဆိုတာ အာမ မခံနိုင်ပါဘူး။
- လျှောက်ခင်၊ ပိုက်ဆံမပေးခင်၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်း မပေးခင် အလုပ်ရှင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူနဲ့ တိုက်ရိုက် စစ်ဆေးပါ။
- အလုပ်ရဖို့ ပိုက်ဆံ ဘယ်တော့မှ မပေးပါနဲ့။ မယုံကြည်ရတဲ့သူကို ပတ်စ်ပို့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် နေထိုင်ခွင့်ကတ် မပေးပါနဲ့။
- တစ်ခုခု မှားနေပုံရရင် ကြော်ငြာထဲက ပြဿနာ တိုင်ကြားရန် ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၃။ တခြားဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်များသို့ လင့်ခ်များ
အလုပ်အများစုက မူရင်းကြော်ငြာကို လင့်ခ်ချိတ်ထားပြီး တချို့လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေက တခြားဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်တွေကို ဖွင့်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်တွေကို တခြားသူတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်တာဖြစ်လို့ သူတို့ရဲ့ စည်းကမ်းတွေ သက်ဆိုင်ပြီး ကျွန်တော်တို့ တာဝန်မယူပါဘူး။
၄။ ကြော်ငြာတင်ဖို့ တောင်းဆိုခြင်း
အလုပ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု တင်ပေးဖို့ တောင်းဆိုတဲ့အခါ အချက်အလက်တွေ မှန်ကန်ပြီး မျှဝေခွင့်ရှိတယ်လို့ အတည်ပြုပါတယ်။ အောက်ပါတွေကို လက်မခံပါဘူး —
- မှားယွင်းတဲ့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် လှည့်စားတဲ့ ကြော်ငြာ၊ တရားမဝင်တဲ့ အလုပ်
- အလုပ်ရဖို့ အလုပ်သမားဆီက ကြေး ဒါမှမဟုတ် စပေါ်ငွေ တောင်းတဲ့ အလုပ်
- ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှု၊ အမုန်းစကား၊ နှောင့်ယှက်မှု၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှု၊ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကြောင်းအရာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် လိမ်လည်မှု
- တခြားသူရဲ့ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ
ဒီလို အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို လုံးဝ လက်မခံပါဘူး။ ဘယ်ကြော်ငြာကိုမဆို အချိန်မရွေး အကြောင်းပြချက် မပေးဘဲ ငြင်းပယ်၊ ပြင်ဆင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဖယ်ရှားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာတွေကို ရက် ၃၀ ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို သင်ရွေးတဲ့ ကာလ (၁၊ ၃၊ ၆ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ၁၂ လ) ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။ ပြီးရင် ကြော်ငြာကို ဖျောက်ထားပြီး သက်တမ်းမတိုးရင် ရက် ၇ ရက်အကြာမှာ ဖျက်ပါတယ်။ ကြော်ငြာကို ပြင်ချင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရပ်ချင်ရင် ကြော်ငြာကိုဖွင့်ပြီး ပြဿနာ တိုင်ကြားရန် → ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မက ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူပါ ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၅။ တိုင်ကြားချက်များ
ဘယ်သူမဆို ကြော်ငြာကို တိုင်ကြားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ တိုင်ကြားချက်တွေကို အမြန်ဆုံး စစ်ဆေးပြီး ဒီစည်းကမ်းတွေကို ချိုးဖောက်တဲ့ ကြော်ငြာတွေကို ဖယ်ရှားပါတယ်။
၆။ ဂျပန်စာ လေ့လာရေး အကြောင်းအရာ
Jero ထဲက JLPT သင်ခန်းစာနဲ့ လေ့ကျင့်စာမေးပွဲတွေကို သီးခြား ပြုလုပ်ထားတာပါ။ Jero က ဂျပန်စာ အရည်အချင်း စာမေးပွဲ (JLPT) ကို ကျင်းပတဲ့ The Japan Foundation နဲ့ Japan Educational Exchanges and Services တို့နဲ့ ဆက်စပ်မှု မရှိသလို သူတို့ရဲ့ ထောက်ခံချက်လည်း မရှိပါဘူး။ သင်ခန်းစာ အဆင့်ကို ဖော်ပြဖို့အတွက်ပဲ အမည်ကို သုံးထားပါတယ်။ လေ့လာရေး အကြောင်းအရာတွေက ကိုယ်ပိုင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် လိုင်စင်အတိုင်း သုံးထားတာပါ (ဆက်တင်များ → ဒီအကြောင်းအရာအကြောင်း ကို ကြည့်ပါ)။ စာမေးပွဲ အောင်မြင်မှုကို အာမ မခံနိုင်ပါဘူး။
၇။ အာမခံချက် မရှိခြင်း
အက်ပ်ကို "ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း" ပေးထားပါတယ်။ ဥပဒေ ခွင့်ပြုသလောက် ကြော်ငြာတွေကို သုံးခြင်း၊ အလုပ်ရှင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူနဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် တခြားဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်တွေ သုံးခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုတွေအတွက် ကျွန်တော်တို့ တာဝန်မယူပါဘူး။
၈။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ
ဒီစည်းကမ်းတွေကို ပြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ အပေါ်က ရက်စွဲက နောက်ဆုံးဗားရှင်းကို ပြပါတယ်။ ပြောင်းလဲပြီးနောက် အက်ပ်ကို ဆက်သုံးရင် စည်းကမ်းအသစ်ကို သဘောတူတယ်လို့ ယူဆပါတယ်။
