Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without signing in. Only the Jero team has accounts.
How do I post a job or service?
Tap Request a job post on Jobs or Request a service post on Services, fill in the form and send it. The Jero team checks every request before it is published.
How do I change or stop my service post?
Open your post, tap Report a problem and choose I'm the provider. Tell us what to change.
Something in a post looks wrong or unsafe.
Open the post and tap Report a problem. The team checks every report. Never pay money to get a job.
Can I delete the information I sent?
Yes. Contact us and we will delete your request or message. Saved jobs and study progress stay on your phone only; deleting the app removes them.
Are the links and contacts in posts safe?
The Jero team checks every link and contact before a post is published: we open each link, make sure it leads to the real page, and do not publish links that look unsafe or unrelated. Websites can change later, so if something looks wrong, tap Report a problem and we will check it again.
Is Jero a recruitment agency?
No. Jero shows jobs and links to the original postings. It does not hire anyone or charge job seekers.
