Privacy policy

Jero ("the app") is run by the Jero team ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

1. Using the app without an account

You can browse jobs and services and study Japanese without an account. Saved jobs, your JLPT progress, your notebook and your settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.

2. Post requests

If you ask us to publish a job or service, we receive:

• the details you enter in the form (for example job title, pay, location, and the contact you want to publish so people can reach you);
• your contact for Jero (email, phone, Facebook or other) so we can check the request with you. This contact is never published;
• a random ID created by the app on your device and the network (IP) address the request comes from, used only to limit spam;
• if you allow notifications, your device's notification address (push token) and app language, so we can tell you whether the request was published.

Only the Jero team can see requests. When a request is published, the post shows only the details you chose to publish. We delete a request, including your contact for Jero and the network address, 30 days after we handle it, or 90 days after you send it if it was not handled. The push token is deleted after it is used for one notification.

3. Reports and "Contact us"

When you report a post or send us a message, we receive your message, which post it is about, your app language and device type, the network (IP) address it comes from (to limit spam) and any contact you choose to give. We use this to check posts and reply to you. We delete these messages when they are no longer needed, and automatically 12 months after they are sent.

4. Notifications

Notifications are optional. If you turn on new-post alerts, your device is subscribed to an alerts topic in Google's notification service; we do not store your device's address for this. You can turn alerts off in the app or in your phone's settings.

5. Team accounts

Only Jero team members have accounts (email, name, a password stored securely by our provider, and a two-step sign-in authenticator). The public cannot create accounts.

6. Service providers and where data is stored

We use trusted cloud services to run the app:

• a cloud database service, which stores the data in Japan; some processing can briefly happen in other countries, such as the United States;
• Apple's and Google's notification services (United States), to deliver notifications.

These services process data only on our behalf and must protect it at least as well as this policy describes. We do not sell personal information, and the app contains no advertising or tracking.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you sent us (for example a post request or a message) through More → Contact us or by email to jero.support@gmail.com. We will answer as soon as we can.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will also be shown in the app.

Jero ("အက်ပ်") ကို Jero အဖွဲ့ ("ကျွန်တော်တို့") က လုပ်ဆောင်ပါတယ်။ အက်ပ်က ဘယ်အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဘာကြောင့် ကိုင်တွယ်လဲဆိုတာ ဒီမူဝါဒမှာ ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။

၁။ အကောင့်မလိုဘဲ သုံးခြင်း

အကောင့်မဖွင့်ဘဲ အလုပ်နဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို ကြည့်နိုင်ပြီး ဂျပန်စာ လေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ သိမ်းထားတဲ့ အလုပ်တွေ၊ JLPT လေ့လာမှု မှတ်တမ်း၊ မှတ်စုစာအုပ်နဲ့ ဆက်တင်တွေကို သင့်ဖုန်းထဲမှာပဲ သိမ်းပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ မရောက်ပါဘူး။ အက်ပ်ကို ဖျက်ရင် အဲဒီအချက်အလက်တွေလည်း ပျက်သွားပါမယ်။

၂။ ကြော်ငြာတင်ဖို့ တောင်းဆိုချက်များ

အလုပ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ကြော်ငြာတင်ပေးဖို့ တောင်းဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရရှိတာတွေက —

• ပုံစံမှာ ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ (ဥပမာ အလုပ်အမည်၊ လစာ၊ နေရာ၊ လူတွေ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ဖို့ ဖော်ပြချင်တဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်)
• တောင်းဆိုချက်ကို စစ်ဆေးဖို့ Jero က သင့်ကို ဆက်သွယ်ရန် (အီးမေးလ်၊ ဖုန်း၊ Facebook ဒါမှမဟုတ် အခြား)။ ဒီဆက်သွယ်ရန်ကို ဘယ်တော့မှ မဖော်ပြပါဘူး
• spam ကာကွယ်ဖို့အတွက်ပဲ သုံးတဲ့ အက်ပ်က ဖန်တီးထားတဲ့ ကျပန်း ID နဲ့ တောင်းဆိုချက် ပို့လာတဲ့ ကွန်ရက်လိပ်စာ (IP)
• အသိပေးချက် ခွင့်ပြုထားရင် တောင်းဆိုချက် ဖော်ပြ/မဖော်ပြ အသိပေးဖို့ ဖုန်းရဲ့ အသိပေးချက်လိပ်စာ (push token) နဲ့ အက်ပ်ဘာသာစကား

တောင်းဆိုချက်တွေကို Jero အဖွဲ့ပဲ မြင်ရပါတယ်။ ဖော်ပြပြီးရင် သင်ဖော်ပြချင်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေကိုပဲ ပြပါတယ်။ တောင်းဆိုချက်၊ Jero အတွက် ဆက်သွယ်ရန်နဲ့ ကွန်ရက်လိပ်စာကို ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီး ရက် ၃၀ အကြာ (မကိုင်တွယ်ရသေးရင် ပို့ပြီး ရက် ၉၀ အကြာ) ဖျက်ပါတယ်။ Push token ကို အသိပေးချက် တစ်ခါ ပို့ပြီးတာနဲ့ ဖျက်ပါတယ်။

၃။ တိုင်ကြားချက်များနဲ့ "ဆက်သွယ်ရန်"

ကြော်ငြာကို တိုင်ကြားရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် စာပို့ရင် သင့်စာ၊ ဘယ်ကြော်ငြာအကြောင်းလဲ၊ အက်ပ်ဘာသာစကား၊ ဖုန်းအမျိုးအစား၊ ပို့လာတဲ့ ကွန်ရက်လိပ်စာ (IP၊ spam ကာကွယ်ဖို့) နဲ့ သင်ပေးချင်တဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်ကို ရရှိပါတယ်။ ကြော်ငြာတွေ စစ်ဖို့နဲ့ သင့်ကို ပြန်ဖြေဖို့ သုံးပါတယ်။ မလိုတော့တဲ့အခါ ဖျက်ပြီး ပို့ပြီး ၁၂ လ အကြာမှာ အလိုအလျောက် ဖျက်ပါတယ်။

၄။ အသိပေးချက်များ

အသိပေးချက်တွေက မဖြစ်မနေ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ကြော်ငြာအသစ် အသိပေးချက် ဖွင့်ရင် Google ရဲ့ အသိပေးချက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုထဲက topic တစ်ခုမှာ စာရင်းသွင်းပြီး ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဖုန်းရဲ့လိပ်စာကို မသိမ်းပါဘူး။ အက်ပ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဖုန်း Settings မှာ ပိတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

၅။ အဖွဲ့ဝင် အကောင့်များ

Jero အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေမှာပဲ အကောင့်ရှိပါတယ် (အီးမေးလ်၊ အမည်၊ လုံခြုံစွာ သိမ်းထားတဲ့ စကားဝှက်နဲ့ နှစ်ဆင့် အကောင့်ဝင်ခြင်း)။ အများပြည်သူ အကောင့်ဖွင့်လို့ မရပါဘူး။

၆။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူများနဲ့ အချက်အလက် သိမ်းတဲ့နေရာ

အက်ပ်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့ ယုံကြည်ရတဲ့ cloud ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို သုံးပါတယ် —

• အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံမှာ သိမ်းတဲ့ cloud ဒေတာဘေ့စ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု။ တချို့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေက အမေရိကန် စတဲ့ တခြားနိုင်ငံတွေမှာ ခဏ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်
• အသိပေးချက်တွေ ပို့ဖို့ Apple နဲ့ Google ရဲ့ အသိပေးချက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ (အမေရိကန်)

ဒီဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကိုယ်စားပဲ အချက်အလက်ကို ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီး ဒီမူဝါဒမှာ ဖော်ပြထားသလောက် အနည်းဆုံး ကာကွယ်ပေးရပါတယ်။

ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်တွေကို မရောင်းပါဘူး။ ကြော်ငြာ (ads) နဲ့ ခြေရာခံခြင်း မရှိပါဘူး။

၇။ သင့်ရွေးချယ်မှုများ

သင်ပို့ထားတဲ့ အချက်အလက် (ဥပမာ တောင်းဆိုချက် ဒါမှမဟုတ် စာ) ကို ကြည့်ချင်၊ ပြင်ချင်၊ ဖျက်ချင်ရင် နောက်ထပ် → ဆက်သွယ်ရန် ဒါမှမဟုတ် jero.support@gmail.com ကို အီးမေးလ်ပို့ပြီး ပြောနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အမြန်ဆုံး ပြန်ဖြေပေးပါမယ်။

၈။ ကလေးများ

ဒီအက်ပ်က အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်အောက် ကလေးတွေအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သူတို့ရဲ့ အချက်အလက်ကို သိသိနဲ့ မစုဆောင်းပါဘူး။

၉။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ

ဒီမူဝါဒကို ပြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ အပေါ်က ရက်စွဲက နောက်ဆုံးဗားရှင်းကို ပြပါတယ်။ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ ပြောင်းလဲမှုတွေကို အက်ပ်ထဲမှာလည်း ပြပါမယ်။
